Blessed Romantics LLC. IS NOT responsible for booking any hotel rooms we only decorate them once booked. 

We ask that you give us at least 2 weeks notice of your Celebration to allow us adequate time to gather materials and confirm availability. Bookings made within short notice will be subject to additional $100 fee. 

Once we have confirmed your date of service, we will request that you pay a deposit of no less than 50% of your estimated total. Please note Your booking is NOT Guaranteed until the deposit is received. The deposit is used to secure the date of your service and the materials needed to complete your experience. The deposit is NON-Refundable, but may be applied to future services should you choose to reschedule. All Picnics require an $100 DAMAGE FEE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER PICNIC AS LONG AS NOTHING IS DAMAGED. Damage deposit will be due 48 hours before date of picnic. Failure to pay damage deposit will mean that booking is canceled and NO money will be refunded, but it can be used for future bookings if you decide to reschedule. To ensure delivery we require that the final payment be made 7 DAYS before the date of scheduled service, unless an alternate payment schedule or the payment has already been made and confirmed by Destiny.

You must give no less than 10 days notice of cancellation in order to waive the REMAINING balance of the Final Invoice. REMEMBER DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If the time or date of service needs to change within the 10 DAYS notice window a change fee of $50 will be applied to the Final Invoice. If the 10 DAY window cannot be met for any reason and a Cancellation or Change is needed we reserve the right to charge 100% of the remaining balance of the Final Invoice and furthermore the reserve the right to deny rescheduling any future service.  

REFUNDS

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS.  We assure you every effort in decorating for your event or Picnic will be created with the best of our ability. It is to our highest standard to provide excellent services.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

The deposit is made to order any products that will be needed for your service and to ensure that I clear a time slot on my schedule for you that day and time.

As you review the site you will notice that the pricing for Packages, Add Ons, and Additional Services show a set price which may not be the final sale price. Final price will be set once add on services, travel fees or any additional services have been discussed via text or email. Please be aware pricing is subject to change with various services.  

WEATHER

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DATES THAT YOU BOOK ARE NOT DAYS THAT HAVE RAIN, THUNDERSTORMS, ETC. BLESSED ROMANTICS WILL NOT REFUND DUE TO ANY WEATHER ISSUES SO PLEASE CHECK WEATHER UPON BOOKING. WE WILL MAKE SURE WE ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE, BUT DATES AND TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
